Can I cancel or amend my order once it's placed?
Email Support@seashellcsc.com straight away if an error is made on purchase. We can not guarantee it will be possible to amend the order once it has been placed.
When will I receive my delivery?
This depends on where you're based, when you placed your order and which delivery service you chose at checkout. For full delivery information please see our designated Delivery & Returns page.
Do I have to pay for shipping?
We offer free worldwide delivery on all orders above £75, which is a typical delivery time of 1-3 working days. There may be a slight delay in the processing and shipping of orders due to mailing strikes and during holiday periods.

Are returns free?
There will be a small fee of £4 deducted from your refund if you are in the UK.
Returns made from outside the UK will need to be paid for by yourself. Further information is on our Delivery and Returns page.
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer exchanges as prices vary between styles and sizes. However, you may return an item for a refund using the returns slip from the original parcel and we will issue a refund so you can place a new order for the preferred item. It is your choice whether you re-order straight away or wait until you've received your refund before placing the new order.
Can I get my Seashell embroidered?
Traditionally our embroidery service is offered to teams, clubs, schools and other such organisations with orders over 50 units. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for more infomation.
Can I embroider my Seashell® myself or through my local embroidery company?
Seashell® robe has a no access between the outer shell and the fleece lining.
We are not able to offer a refund on any self customised garments.
How long will it take to customise my Seashell®?
Custom Seashell® orders typically take between 2-3 months.
We are currenly working on expanding our range to be able to offer an embroidery service on a 2-3 week time frame.
Do you offer any discounts?
New customer can recive 10% off their first order when they sign up to the newsletter here
We also offer 10% off if you are a student, serving member of the armed forces, NHS or emergency services staff on presentation of valid ID. Head to our Discounts page to find out more.
Can I get a discount for a bulk order?
Yes, we can offer bulk discounts when purchasing five or more Seashell Robes®. Please contact our customer service team with your desired quantity of units. For teams and clubs please email: Support@seashellcsc.com

What is the Seashell® performance guarantee?
At Seashell we are proud of our products and have tested them to their limits, ensuring they meet the highest possible standard. If you are not satisfied with the quality of your purchase we want to help.
Under the guarantee, we will repair or refund products due to defects in workmanship and/or materials within a year of purchase.

Is the Seashell Robe 100% recycled?
Yes, the Seashell Robe is made with 100% recycled materials and all packaging is also made from recycled materials.
Is the Seashell® fully waterproof?
Yes, the Seashell® is 100% waterproof and 100% windproof.
"I think my zip is faulty?"
Operating the Seashell® zip
The Seashell® features a chunky YKK® two-way reversible zip, which enables you to operate it with your arms either inside or outside of the change robe. You can also partially un-zip it from the bottom to allow more movement if needed for changing, walking, sitting or driving. There’s also an easy to grab, branded pull tag too.
How to operate when closing
Pull the upper slider down until it touches the bottom slider. Insert the separable pin to the very bottom slider. Make sure it’s completely inserted. Pull up the upper slider to close the zip.
How to operate when opening
Completely pull down the top slider until it touches the bottom slider. Gently pull out the separable pin.

I can’t seem to find the colour I want in the size I would like. What should I do?
We can't always maintain full stock levels across our range. If you find the product you want is unavailable, please join our newsletter to be notified of restock dates.
