Shipment processing time

After receiving your order confirmation email, all orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Please note that all International postage fees exclude local tax and import duty costs. 

 

Free Shipping 

We offer Free Express UK Shipping to all orders over £150.

We offer reduced shipping rates for customers outside of the UK.

 

Returns and Refunds 

We have a 30-day refund policy, If you need to send an item back to us, you will need to cover the cost of the shipment unless it's a size exchange.
